Terms and Conditions

By Enrolling your child in Make Art Classes you agree to the following: 

 General Policies 

Make Art Classes uses a variety of materials which need to be used appropriately under the supervision of the instructors. We will do our best to monitor the use of all materials, but accidents do occur. Instructors will explain that materials are not for consumption and that they need to be used in an appropriate and safe manner. As a parent, it is your responsibility to explain the rules and regulations of the classes to your child, too.   

Permission to Participate in Classes/Workshops

 You give your child permission to participate in Make Art Classes programs. You release and hold Make Art Classes and instructors from any and all liability that may arise in connection with classes and workshops.  

Media Consent

You give consent to Make Art Classes to take photos /videos of your child.  If you do not want your child photographed, please request and fill out a form provided by Make Art Classes. 

Permission to Share 

You grant Make Art Classes permission to use your child’s image in social media, advertising or other media without restriction or approval.  If you do not want your child photographed, please request and fill out a form provided by Make Art Classes.

Drop off and Pick Up Safety First! 

Make Art Classes does not offer before or after care for classes.  Please walk your child up the stairs and sign you child in upon arrival. Please be prompt when dropping off your child, as we will start classes on time.  Arrive 5 minutes before classes end to pick up your child. We will need you to sign your child out. If someone other than a parent is picking up a note, please call or text  us prior to inform the teachers.  After 15 minutes a late fee will be assessed.   

Masks

Make Art Classes will monitor and implement the most up to date protocols for the mask mandates.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due prior to attending class. Classes are non–refundable. Please contact us for further circumstances.

Nut Free Environment 

Make Art Classes wants to be have a safe environment for everyone! Please do not include anything with nuts, nut butters  or nut milks
